Hello everyone! The is my new blog for the web site . I encourage all of you join in. The market and our industry is changing rapidly and this will be a great way to stay in communication on the new developments.

For my Mortgage Broker and Loan Agent Clients:

As you all might know the HVCC looks like it's going to happen some time in the next few months. There as been a possible delay for 1 -3 months. The original effective date was January 1, 2009. This will give us a little more time to try and make a smooth transition (if that's possible). We also need to hang tight to hear more details that should be happening soon. Times are changing and I'm doing my best to roll with it and hang on :). I will keep you updated as best as I can.
