Still no word on what is going to happen with the HVCC. It's unclear if it's being revised or dismissed all together. Of course, for all of our sakes, my fingers are crossed it will be dismissed. For now let's keep moving forward as "business as usual". Most likely we won't have any details until the new administration is in place and FHFA has had time to review the HVCC and determine if it is enforceable.
